Shooting is athletic. Think deeply and follow the process of clear goals, immediate feedback, stretching and being fully present.

Part 1 was "Clear Goals". This one is about being PRESENT which if easy to say but hard to do. Humans tend to live in the past or the future but we need to be in the NOW.

Part 1 and 2 are published. Part 3 is FEEDBACK. The closer to the action it is, the more effective it is in modifying the outcome. The further from the action is less effective. Learning to call your shots is a MUST
