Our local post office utilizes a city-owned and city-managed parking lot that is shared with other businesses and downtown area. Since USPS does not own nor control this parking lot, does the no firearm law regarding "All real property under the charge and control of the Postal Service" not apply here?
Our business does daily drop-offs at the post office, and I want to confirm if leaving a firearm secured in the locked vehicle is allowed since this is a city-owned and operated parking lot, and not controlled by the USPS?
