Feature Requests: Autoplay & Volume...

This may seem nitpicky, but sometimes I (and I'm sure others) play the app content in the background while I'm working, and when a video ends, it autoplays the next video, and they always start at FULL VOLUME.

So, can you add options that allows users to :
1. Set their own volume level for all videos all the time, and
2. Disable autoplay

These are basic features that most multimedia platforms should be able to accommodate.

That one on the volume is interesting, I just tried to test that and it didn't do that for me. Can you tell me what device it's on when you have that happen and I'll run it by the support team to see what they say. On your second request, you can adjust the autoplay feature by opening the app and hitting your profile at the bottom right, then choose settings and the option is in there. Hope that helps and I'll let you know what I learn from support.

Howdy Neil...

So, I never use the phone app, I'm always on a browser on my Mac. Maybe these persistent volume and auto-play settings don't exist in the browser version?

I'm on my Mac running Brave. I tried it with Brave shields up and down with no change. Also tried it on MS Edge, same thing. Will not keep the volume setting from one video to the next, it just starts them all at full blast.

Also, the red 30% subscription banner still comes on with every page refresh, this was an issue from a different post. Seems like current subscribers could be flagged to only show that once or not at all, cookie based maybe.

An update : I went into the app and found that setting, set videos to not autoplay, but it didn't change anything on the web version.

OK, thanks for the info Chris, I have a call with my support team this afternoon so I'll share that and see what answers we can find. As for the banner, unfortunately, that's either on or off, at this time I don't have any options for user specific settings but that has been put forward and eventually I hope to have that option.

Hey Chris, I see that you're using Brave as the browser, does it do the same thing if you use a different browser? I'm not familiar with Brave enough to know if there are any settings but I imagine the support folks will ask if it happens with other browsers, I've tried it with Chrome and Safari and neither of those do it for me, so I'm guessing it's a setting somewhere that we need to find but I'll do my best to track this one down.

Hey Neil... yeah Brave is based on Chromium (Chrome). I also tried it in Microsoft Edge with the same results.
