Hi, I'm continuing a YouTube conversation under the video Altercation In Chicago Leads To Man Shot For Punching Perp where I posted that the shooter has been caught in Arizona and is now in custody.
It took a bit of connecting the dots but I'm pretty sure I've got the right person. The shooting happened on August 31st 2022. The shooter's name is Isaiah Oregel. I found him in this article based on the matching location, date and time (edit: the appearance also matches):
